From conception to completion, the Fraser team has experience in every aspect of exterior and interior design, layout, technical specifications, engineering and construction, as well as price negotiations.
The project management team has delivered over 48 new yachts and over 50 major refit projects, including multiple award winners, up to 120m in length. Your dedicated Project Manager is your representative at the shipyard, working alongside you, your Captain, the designer and the yard.

Fraser has the largest yacht management fleet in the industry, reducing downtime, controlling costs and keeping ownership straightforward.
Management covers the whole operation: technical and safety compliance, budgeting and financial reporting, crew administration and payroll, insurance, refit planning, and day-to-day support for your Captain.
More than fifty specialist services sit behind the fleet, from ISM and MLC compliance to yard period supervision. The aim is simple: fewer surprises, fewer days out of service, and an owner who spends their time on board rather than on paperwork.

Charter management
Chartering can generate revenue and help to offset costs. For most owners, effective charter management balances a revenue stream with enjoying your own time on board in freedom.
Fraser manages some of the most impressive charter yachts available today. The team sets the rate, positions the yacht for each season, markets her to the global charter broker network, and vets every enquiry before it reaches your Captain.

Fraser has a dedicated crew team, The Crew Network. Founded in 1989, TCN has filled over 11,000 positions across every interior and exterior department on board, and maintains a database of over 45,000 crew.
TCN is relied upon by many of the most respected Captains in the industry, is the leading superyacht crew agency worldwide, and is fully MLC compliant. Beyond placement, the team handles administration and payroll and supports ongoing training.
